How Fit Do I Need To Be?
Each trip is graded according to the following scale -
Easy - These trips can be enjoyed by anyone who leads a reasonably active life. The walking part of these trips are relatively easy and should not exceed 5 to 6 hours a day.

Moderate - These trips are a mixture of some longer and shorter walks. During these trips, hill walking experience is desireable. The walking hours are usually no more than 7 hours a day. Please note that some of our non-trekking trips are graded 'moderate' due to altitude or other conditions that require a higher level of stamina than our easy trips.

Challenging - The day stages on these trips are a combination with strenuous and moderate walks - normally 6 - 8 hours a day. Participants should expect to trek above 4,500 meters on these trips.

Mountaineering - These trips are known to be the most strenuous and regarded as genuine adventure. An experience of mountaineering with the capabilities of carrying on normally at an altitude of 4,000 - 5,000 meters and a degree of good stamina is important. Daily walking is typically never more than 8 hours.
